The catalog works as a documentation and features scientific texts, photography, as well as an extensive index including all exhibited objects. It is defined by complex layouts to fit the diverse content.

The reader works as the theoretical backbone of the exhibition and features a big collection of texts focussing on the importance of the game in  Bauhaus education.

The third part makes Olaf Nicolai’s artist book entitled wir schauen auf die wolken in den bildern, sie halten uns gesund. / we look at the images in the clouds. they keep us healthy. It consists of six posters that translate freely chosen bauhaus topics into form. Each of the playful posters are accompanied by a short story written by Olaf Nicolai which are printed in the folder.
